Forty Lots complete this weekend's Cheltenham January Sale

A total of 40 Lots have been catalogued for the Tattersalls Cheltenham January Sale which takes place this Saturday January 29th in the Tattersalls Sale Ring, following the conclusion of the Cheltenham Festival Trials Day.

 

 

Recent additions to the catalogue include Lot 22 GREAT NAME THAT consigned by Sean Doyle of Monbeg Stables. The five-year-old son of FLEMENSFIRTH was the 8 length winner of his Maiden point-to-point at Turtulla on the 16th January. Lot 27 MAID OF THE NIGHT won her point-to-point bumper at Larkhill on Saturday and will be offered by Mark Grant Racing. Chris Barber will offer Lot 40 SATELLITE RECEIVER, a half-brother to LORD WINDERMERE and SUB LIEUTENANT who broke his Maiden at the same venue at the weekend.

 

 

The catalogue and race replays for the Tattersalls Cheltenham January Sale can be viewed online. The catalogue will be available from Tattersalls representatives at Cheltenham Racecourse from Thursday January 27th.

 

 

Tattersalls Cheltenham graduates continue to excel at the highest level of National Hunt racing, having recorded an impressive 60 black-type winners in the last twelve months. The Tattersalls Cheltenham January Sale has catalogued:

3 winning and placed Bumper horses in training 

 

 

Tattersalls Live Internet Bidding will be available for those who are unable to attend the sale in person. Prospective purchasers are requested that they register with Tattersalls at least 48 hours prior to the start of sale.
